"...Tune in tonight (7-8:30 p.m. EDT) to join a live webcast of the AFL-CIO National Teach-In on jobs and the economy. Click here. The Teach-In is part of the AFL-CIO’s National Week of Action, demanding Congress promote a real jobs agenda.Rather than voting to put America back to work, all 46 Republican senators last night voted against President Obama’s American Jobs Act, sustaining their filibuster against the bill. Says AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka: “The Republicans who unanimously blocked this courageous bill have no plan and seek to profit politically from the country’s pain.” ..."

From Me: I personally think it is time that this country organizes a recall
election and get rid of the corporate stooge grandstanders who block progress and economic stability in this country. We need to let them know that when they don't care about us having jobs, then the feeling is mutual. Once a few of them are fired, we will see a turn around. We all noticed a big division and quite a bit of speed pick up on the rhetoric lately. The propaganda is in high swing and this is why. They don't want us to remember who did this. This is the proof the rest of the country needed to know that Wall Street and the Banks, Koch Industries, and the Insurance companies now are the owners of this country that "George Carlin" used to talk about.
