In Reference to K C Caulder's Hoax Post

In response to the post of one K C Caulder on Facebook, since he doesn't allow for replies on his page, this is what I am posting on my blog. My rebuttal, based on fact checking and I will cite my sources for the information.
1. First President to be photographed smoking a joint.
(He wasn't photographed smoking a joint while in the office of president and he wasn't the only one who has admitted to smoking pot. Check the drugging and drinking history of G.W. Bush before shooting your mouth off, and the burden of proof is on you for this one.)

2. First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner.
(This is a total lie and this birther crap is getting monotonous. http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/birthers/birthcertificate.asp )

3. First President to have a social security number from a state he has never lived in.
(Also, the burden of proof is on you for this wild claim.)

4. First President to preside over a cut to the credit-rating of the United States.
(The president doesn't do that, congress did. Republicans in House of Representatives refused to raise the debt ceiling until it ended in our credit rating change.)

5. First President to violate the War Powers Act.
(Total bullshit because it was checked by politifact and proved false. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2011/jun/22/are-us-actions-libya-subject-war-powers-resolution/ )

6. First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
(Prove one instance, please, your claim, your burden of proof.)

7. First President to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party.
(Boo hoo, we had to buy health insurance that we needed anyway at affordable prices, WAAAAH! again bullshit.)

8. First President to spend a trillion dollars on "shovel-ready" jobs when there was no such thing as "shovel-ready" jobs.
(The reinvestment and and recovery act money was distributed to each state but in some Republican controlled states, they hired contractors from out of state that were friends of theirs and worked on parts of town where the roads didn't need repaired, and workers stood around doing nothing instead of what they were contracted to do and NO ONE REGULATED the contractors as was suggested. Also, if you live in Republican states like Texas, your governor refused the stimulous act money so you didn't get the jobs you were expecting because your governor doesn't care about you more than he does about political drama.
http://www.cnn.com/2010/POLITICS/02/17/economic.stimulus.2010/ )

9. First President to abrogate bankruptcy law to turn over control of companies to his union supporters.
(Total fiction, if someone can even find something closely related to this, please message me.)

10. First President to by-pass Congress and implement the Dream Act through executive fiat.
(The dream act is still in it's proposal stage and never got implemented because it was shot down by Republicans in congress. http://politics.nytimes.com/congress/votes/111/senate/2/278  )

11. First President to order a secret amnesty program that stopped the deportation of illegal immigrants across the U.S., including those with criminal convictions.
(This is he all time stupidest rants I have heard yet. If it was a secret amnesty act, tell me how your ignorant ass in Texas heard about it, are you on a Senate committee that had private information on this?)

12. First President to demand a company hand-over $20 billion to one of his political appointees.
(This is so ridiculous, this is like the total list of major lies already debunked on Snopes.com. It wasn't impossible to find this information, all I had to do was type this into Google and this came up, the entire list debunked with sources cited. http://www.mythdebunk.com/obamas-presidential-firsts/ )

Thank You, Myth debunk, I would have wasted my day posting the answers to the rest of these, out of frustrations.

13. First President to tell a CEO of a major corporation (Chrysler) to resign.
14. First President to terminate America’s ability to put a man in space.
15. First President to cancel the National Day of Prayer and to say that America is no longer a Christian nation.
16. First President to have a law signed by an auto-pen without being present.
17. First President to arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it.
18. First President to threaten insurance companies if they publicly spoke out on the reasons for their rate increases.
19. First President to tell a major manufacturing company in which state it is allowed to locate a factory.
20. First President to file lawsuits against the states he swore an oath to protect (AZ, WI, OH, IN).
21. First President to withdraw an existing coal permit that had been properly issued years ago.
22. First President to actively try to bankrupt an American industry (coal).
23. First President to fire an inspector general of AmeriCorps for catching one of his friends in a corruption case.
24. First President to appoint 45 czars to replace elected officials in his office.
25. First President to surround himself with radical left wing anarchists.
26. First President to golf more than 150 separate times in his five years in office.
27. First President to hide his birth, medical, educational and travel records.
28. First President to win a Nobel Peace Prize for doing NOTHING to earn it.
29. First President to go on multiple "global apology tours" and concurrent "insult our friends" tours.
30. First President to go on over 17 lavish vacations, in addition to date nights and Wednesday evening White House parties for his friends paid for by the taxpayers.
31. First President to have personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife.
32. First President to keep a dog trainer on retainer for $102,000 a year at taxpayer expense.
33. First President to fly in a personal trainer from Chicago at least once a week at taxpayer expense.
34. First President to repeat the Quran and tell us the early morning call of the Azan (Islamic call to worship) is the most beautiful sound on earth.
35. First President to side with a foreign nation over one of the American 50 states (Mexico vs Arizona).
36. First President to tell the military men and women that they should pay for their own private insurance because they "volunteered to go to war and knew the consequences."
37. Then he was the First President to tell the members of the military that THEY were UNPATRIOTIC for balking at the last suggestion.
I feel much better now. I had been under the impression he hadn't been doing ANYTHING... Such an accomplished individual... in the eyes of the ignorant maybe.!.

A Thought On God and People With Faith

I am a member of the 12 step program and I am open about that. I am in recovery for over 26 years now. In the beginning, I was told to pray. I didn't know who I was praying to. I was told to pray to God as I don't understand him and that has worked for me for over 26 years. I was in meetings listening to people who said that the more time you pray and meditate (deepest form of prayer or listening to the universe) the better you got at it. I heard one guy who I am sure was full of shit about so many things telling me that and that when we have been around for awhile, we understand more about God. I am here to tell you, no, he was wrong. We just become more able to accept that we can't understand completely what the power is that we call on but as long as it keeps working, like the old adage, "If it's not broken, don't fix it!"
Sometimes it saddens me that so many people I know can only find their higher power through Abrahamic religions that are so wrought with fallacies, hate, and steeped in ancient bronze age mythology. They spew all this language that means something to them while they are somewhat self deluded. I have written about that, and I can logically prove that there is no difference between what some people call "having faith" and "self-delusion". I am not saying the self delusion doesn't work, it does for some. Maybe some people need to be self deluded, I did at first. I was wholly committed to the Holy Bible teachings at one point in my life but so much of scripture is convoluted to serve the deepest dark parts of humans that it is obvious much of it was about profit shares and rationalisations for killing, slavery, rape, misogyny, and all sorts of other xenophobic and homophobic human character flaws. A perfect deity that wasn't full of human emotion would never tell someone how to kill their children or bother to communicate with people in oral ways, or perhaps at all, since we are so prone to misinterpret or reinterpret everything we think we know for the sake of being "righteous".
By religious standards, I am an atheist because I don't believe in religious, dogmatic, pagan like deities. But, as I said, I do have a higher power. I am convinced that the there is a central life force in every belief from every type of enlightened group of people for a reason, but it is not some old man who sits in a throne in the clouds, keeping score, and no one is even.
He doesn't throw lightening bolts (That was Zeus) or cast plagues and doesn't start wars. A spiritual being wouldn't need a sex organ or even a sexual identity so it isn't male or female. A force that is like the life force in all of us, connected, and the closest description I can think of is the thought of Kundalini energy but even that doesn't cover it.
To say that it is in all things is a simplification but the only way I as a human being can recognize it is to watch everything, all people, plants, trees, animals, fish, birds, rocks, earth, water, sky, and nature, It is in everything and we are all connected.
We can't control it through prayer. That would be God doing our will. We are taught that selfish prayer (praying for something you yourself wants) doesn't work. That prayer of meditation, if done properly and long enough, I can find a way to ask to align my will with it, because it doesn't have a man-like will, it just is. That is the closest way that I can describe my higher power.

Does It Offend Me For You To Wish Me Merry Christmas?

I had something interesting happen the other day. Last Monday I was doing my weekly volunteer gig at Habitat For Humanity when I noticed they had given me a Christmas card and a bag with a present in it. One of the office people from construction asked me, "Oh, does it offend you when someone tells you Merry Christmas?" I had to think a minute. I am quite outspoken about not being a member of an Abrahamic religion and so I realize some people don't know how someone who is Jewish, Islamic, Buddhist, etc. might feel about everyone sharing their holiday and this is the first time anyone has asked me this.
I like the holiday because it is about sharing and caring and remembering our family and friends in a small token. Although I don't celebrate the holiday in my home, lots of Americans do, including people who are my family and friends. I like the spectacle of the holiday. I love the music, having been raised in the Methodist church as a child, I was even in the choir as a young teenager. Some songs like the Ave Maria chorus make me get misty. I am not offended by you celebrating a holiday and wishing me a merry day of food, music, generosity, and happiness. I think that describes it.
I do not like people shoving their religious holidays down everyone's throats. As a child in grammar school I had to follow and recite Christian prayers, led by our teachers, It occurs to me that the Jewish kids, Islamic kids, Buddhist kids, Atheist kids, etc.  were forced to say prayers from the bible. That was the reason prayer being led by one teacher, force on children, was the reason for the change in our laws.
One of my cousins, being older and believing she was wiser, went into a tirade on season because the kids at her children's school were not allowed to have a "Christmas Pageant" and Christmas parties in the classrooms because that had become too much of a sociopolitical argument over whose religion was going to celebrate and when. I asked her why she thought it was okay to shove Christmas down everyone else's throats.
To those of you who don't believe that is a standard in the United States, I ask you. When you drive downtown in December, where are the Jewish, Islamic, or other religions' decorations hanging from the light poles? If you have to be selfish and push your beliefs on me, I find that offensive, but if you wish me a happy day based on this time of year, THANK YOU.  (I am finished on that subject)

Who Has The Correct Mythology?

I have come to the realization that Islamic Revivalism, that some use as an excuse for Jihadism, is the same thing as Christian Fundamentalism, which has only been practiced during the past 200 years, which also is an excuse for conservatives to start wars in other countries. They are the same thing using different mythologies.
From Wikipedia:
Evangelism is the preaching of the gospel or the practice of giving information about a particular doctrine or set of beliefs to others with the intention of converting others to the Christian faith.

This term is not restricted to any particular Christian tradition, and should not be confused with Evangelicalism, a common term for a wide range of "Evangelical" Protestant churches and groups.

Christians who specialize in evangelism are often known as evangelists, whether they are in their home communities or living as missionaries in the field, although some Christian traditions refer to such people as missionaries in either case. Some Christian traditions consider evangelists to be in a leadership position; they may be found preaching to large meetings or in governance roles.

Christian groups who actively encourage evangelism are sometimes known as evangelistic or evangelist. The scriptures do not use the word evangelism, but evangelist is used in (the translations of) Acts 21:8, Ephesians 4:11, and 2 Timothy 4:5.

AND ALSO FROM WIKIPEDIA:
Islamic revival or Sahwah (Arabicالتجديد الإسلامي‎ aẗ-ẗajdid l-ʾIslāmiyyah, also Arabicالصحوة الإسلامية‎ aṣ-Ṣaḥwah l-ʾIslāmiyyah, "Islamic awakening") refers to a return to the fundamentals of the Islamic religion. Revivals have traditionally been a periodic occurrence throughout Islamic history and the Islamic world.
Preachers and scholars who have been described as revivalist or mujaddideen in the history of Islam include Ahmad Sirhindi, Ibn Taymiyyah, Shah Waliullah, and Muhammad ibn Abd-al-Wahhab. In the contemporary revival, Hassan al-Banna, Abul Ala Maududi, and Ruhollah Khomeini, among others, have been described as such. Contemporary revivalists have often been referred to as "Islamists".
The most recent Islamic revival is thought to have begun roughly sometime in the 1970s (although strong movement began earlier in the century in Egypt and South Asia) and is a reversal of the "Westernization" approach common in Arab and Asian governments earlier in the 20th century. The revival has been manifested in greater piety and in a growing adoption of Islamic culture among Muslims. It is often associated with "re-Islamisation" and the political movement of Islamism. Among Muslim immigrants and their children who live in non-Muslim countries, it includes a feeling of a "growing universalistic Islamic identity" or transnational Islam, brought on by easier communications, media and travel. One striking example of it is the increase in attendance at the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, which grew from 90,000 in 1926 to 2 million in 1979.
(Please pay close attention to this next part.)
Two of the most important events credited with inspiring and/or strengthening the recent resurgence were the Arab oil embargo and subsequent quadrupling of the price of oil in the mid-1970s, and the 1979 Iranian Revolution that established an Islamic republic in Iran under Ayatollah Khomeini. The first created a flow of many billions of dollars from Saudi Arabia to fund Islamic books, scholarships, fellowships, and mosques around the world; the second undermined the assumption that Westernization strengthened Muslim countries and was the irreversible trend of the future.

So, no matter what you have been taught. Mecca is no longer the heart of Islam, even though it is written into their ideals. Saudi, Arabia and the Saudi royal families are the true heart of Islamic revivalism and jihadism. Remember that the next time some politician tries to tell you the problem is ISIS/ISIL, because their roots are caused by funding and their funding comes from Saudi royalty like Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, who also owns and controls at least half of conservative news.

Could You Live Like This?

I live at a condominium complex that won't do anything about the pigeons that I keep complaining about. I am disabled and live by myself. I can't spend all day trying to keep the birds out sitting on my balcony and I can't afford to keep buying bamboo screens (that most places don't sell anymore) or the imitations that I bought in the past. My patio furniture and tools are covered in bird crap and this is what I found on my balcony again.

Progressives Need to Remember These Points

Hi, folks, I am writing this in response to the smear campaign that everyone in the corporate media has been launching against Bernie Sanders, especially Salon's latest article by Amanda Marcotte, that I read, in it's entirety, this morning.
I want to say something very important to us, as progressives, that I see, concerning Hillary Clinton (and her supporters) - compared to Bernie Sanders.
We have to remember that most of the corporate media is owned by the same people who own everything else and they want us to vote for whoever serves them the best, not for everything that would benefit the middle class American workers.
Most of the mainstream news has almost ignored Sanders, especially FOX NEWS, other than to mention the word "socialist" about him.
Anderson Cooper even did a real hatchet job on Sanders during the Democratic Debate, asking, "Who, on that stage, is NOT for capitalism?" That was a complete non-sequitur, and a logical fallacy, which you should realize, if you have ever read ANYTHING about what Bernie Sanders calls " Democratic Socialism ".

I wish to make a point here, so I divided the remainder of this post into ten points that, IF you are a Hillary supporter, I think you really should read and consider before the election - if you want her to have any chance of winning.

1) Bernie Sanders is a constant component in the history of Civil Rights and Human Rights in this country and IS NOT FOR gun violence, just because he once voted against a gun control bill,
2) But he does live in Vermont.
3) Vermont is in New England.
4) New England, like the Mid-West is one of those sections of the United States where a lot of people hunt for food - so sane people there depend on that source of food.
5) Sanders voted once against a gun control act that had some non-gun control sideline earmarks stuck in the middle of it by Republicans.

(Here is the part that the Hillary propaganda department keeps forgetting to mention.)
6) He voted FOR "FOR" THAT SAME BILL - ONCE IT WAS MODIFIED, and the irrelevant modifications removed.
7) He ALREADY explained that during the debate and still, the mainstream media keeps bringing it up as a talking point, although Clinton herself is attacking him as if that point has something to do with sexism. (WTF?)
8) IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT DEMOCRATS, UNLIKE REPUBLICANS, DO NOT VOTE FOR NEGATIVE CAMPAIGNERS, SO, I used to want to vote for Hillary. But the more I hear the dumb things that her supporters (one issue voters) on the left keep whining about, ...that I see are nothing more than contrived delusionally zealous statements, the more I want to vote for Sanders.
9) (ALSO: Please remember.) Clinton's habit of NEGATIVE CAMPAIGN ATTACKS against members of her own party was what lost her the election when she ran against President Obama.
(I hasten to add here that I voted for Obama twice, not because he was the black guy who happened to be smart, but because he was the smart guy who happened to be black. Those of you who want Hillary and are disappointed in the Obama administration for not reigning in the corporations and oil industry better, you can bet you will get MUCH MORE OF the same thing from Hillary Clinton. If you are voting for Hillary simply because you want a woman president, you might want to check your actual priorities about being progressive.)
10) If you want Hillary to win, knock off the STUPID and leave the nonsensical droning of irrelevant talking points - to the GOP.

Thank You For Paying Attention.

The Left Ideology of 'Let's Compromise'

Let me make this clear for anyone who isn't paying attention. There are people on the right who are talking about voting for Bernie Sanders instead of Hillary Clinton because most of them realize they are NOT the same type of Democrat.
Hillary Clinton is rich and powerful and experienced. She has been secretary of state - which trumps Bernie on experience. But he hasn't had experience in buckling to anyone. The present administration sees this pie in the sky version of Bi-Partisanship from the GOP that they will NEVER GET in it's true form.
Just like the fact that on race, it is always the minority who is told to forgive and move on. That thinking has caused some racists to think, "Yeah, we won, the law proves again that it sides with us." When it comes to Republican policies, they aren't to be "compromised on", they are WRONG and need to be done away with.
Hillary Clinton has some bad habits. Clinton has been compromising with WRONG for a long time. Bernie doesn't get bought out by anyone.
My point is this: Compromising with WRONG and STUPID isn't compromising, it is giving up.
ANALOGY: (think about this)
If a wolf backs you into a corner and you have been cut off from any defense, is it alright to let him take your arm, hoping he stops to eat that one part, while running towards a fortress where you are safe, hoping he won't come back tomorrow and eat you whole the next time you leave your fortress to feed yourself?
We have already compromised ourselves into disaster and then worked our ways back, at OUR expense, without any penalties for the wolves on Wall Street that created the economic failures at OUR expense, so, please remember this: that isn't good for anyone other than a few people who don't really NEED more money but keep raking it in, because they are stricken with UNLIMITED GREED.
Without the term "conservative bubble", as the media like to call it, (which means we allow political correctness to color our virtues and values, while people live in a delusional state of non-reality) we have what it actually is, propaganda aimed at making stupid people believe it works. (Stupid people never ask for facts and figures, those only confuse them.)
Barry Goldwater said it best, "Politics DEMAND compromise." The right never compromises, because no matter the number of times they are WRONG and proven wrong, they don't want to admit that all today's "conservative" is, is someone who "works around" reality and somehow makes that work in their own minds.
The one point I wish to make here about Hillary Clinton. When, during the debates, she buckled on the one point that Elizabeth Warren has made abundantly clear, the Glass-Steagall Act, I realized that she has been beaten down past greedy moneyed interests or corrupted by money, that she is buying the whole "Just because the people who gamble at the casino on Wall Street wrecked our economy AGAIN, that their invention of the "bubble and bust cycle" that conservatives use as an excuse and which is actually executed by the banks every eight years because Ronny RAY GUNS let them do it, when we actually NEED to return to the policies of the Eisenhower administration on taxes and business, instead of the idea that if business is doing really well, that is the benchmark of what America considers "successful", so there  is NO ROOM FOR COMPROMISE when the other side has already pushed you into a corner.
WE CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONES TO COMPROMISE. That is why I fear Hillary Clinton's experience.

The Idea Behind the Message

There is an age old struggle between the ideas of Republicans and people who believe in Democracy. Elitism vs. Egalitarianism, as expressed in William A. Henry's essay, "In Defense of Elitism".
Let me explain, one, the idea of a "republic" (a state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them.) is that some people are the "entitled to vote" elite deserve to be treated as superior
elite: the choice or best of anything considered collectively, as of a group or class of persons.
The idea of a "democracy" (government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.) is that egalitarian ideal.
egalitarian  asserting, resulting from, or characterized by belief in the equality of all people, especially in political, economic, or social life.

I hope this clears up the differences for those who haven't bothered to look the actual words up before.

Tired of the Propaganda, Leviticus 20, The Whole Un-Cherry Picked Version

Hey, readers! Let's look at Leviticus 20, the entire, thing, shall we?  This is the part about the people who cherry pick from the Old Testament, that pisses me off.
A) this is the book of Judaism, not Christianity, the only reason King James included it was to allow Christians to understand that ancient Judaism was NOT better than Christianity and that was the Jewish church that Jesus was a reformer, protesting about. That was why he was killed, for speaking out against the Jewish church of his birth. Jesus, was, after all, a Jew, despite what misguided Christians still mouth.
You will also notice, if you check closely enough, that the same people who mouth these things are funded by insurance companies also. Insurance companies are at the heart of this whole issue, in the background, not wanting you to know that their getting away with screwing gay parent families out of spousal benefits for decades, is the real reason they don't with gay people to get married. They didn't raise their ugly heads, publicly, until after gay marriage became legal, causing many of them to scream how they now need to rewrite the "spousal coverage" part of their policies.

OK, here is Leviticus 20 from THE JEWISH RABBINIC (meant for rabbis, not laymen) LAW of ancient mythology in the bible.
Leviticus 20, King James Version (KJV)
20:
1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, (Today's Christians are NOT the Children of Israel of the bible.) Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
(Moloch. Moloch, also known as Molech, Molekh, Molok, Molek, Melek, Molock, Moloc, Melech, Milcom, or Molcom (representing Semitic מלך m-l-k, a Semitic root meaning "king") is the name of an ancient Ammonite god.)

3 And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
(So this passage is about Molech, not anything else, who was a mythological deity, represented at the time, by a graven image of an ox.)
4 And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:
(Are you starting to see a pattern here?)

5 Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.
(Same crap, different line. Are today's Christians incapable of reading their own religious text? Have any of them actually been under threat because they were whoring around for Molech?)

6 And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
(Whoring again. the actual line, that was written in Aramaic, that today's Christian ministers haven't even read, that King James rewrote, said that Temple Priests committing prostitution with other men was wrong and didn't give a punishment, but don't let facts slow down your excuse for your own hate and discrimination, people.)

7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God.
(Holy? We devote whole volumes of literature to the "holier than thou" hypocrites that think they are perfect human beings. This was merely a way of saying that EVERYONE is a sinner and therefore impure, as if ANYONE could be more than a mere human. The rabbis who wrote this, obviously assumed they were considered holy, although, that would mean more than they wanted to admit.)

8 And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the Lord which sanctify you.
("Do what I say or I will kill you." Sounds like Christianity mixed with the law, which is the reason emotionalism and mythology of religion, that most real Christians want to believe is only in the Old Testament, has been given a wall of separation, per Thomas Jefferson.)

9 For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
(That would include every human being as a child. Go ahead and try to tell me that God from the New Testament. that Jesus spoke of, said, "Kill EVERYONE!")

10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
(Makes you wonder how many men's wives in those days got pregnant by their neighbor, who was supposed to be married to another woman. You have to remember that this was a morality law.)

11 And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
(That would include Cain, who killed Able, then populated the world, when there was just him, Adam, and Eve that God had created, according to the bible. Christians don't touch on that point much, do they?)

12 And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.
(Think about how many times you have about heard this from supposed Christians. Can you say, "Jerry Springer"?)

13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
(This was originally, in the actual Aramaic law this was supposed to be saying that Temple Priests were not supposed to commit prostitution, but King James, wanting to divert from his own homosexuality, perverted the language to this version. Any of these that say, "If a man lie with...", you can pretty much bet it came about because of some sick thing that King James was secretly disgusted with himself for doing.)

14 And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.
(OK, all you mother f***ers, out there, this one is for you.)

15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.
(Slay the beast? Why, what did the beast do? Oh, well, some mornings I woke up (came to) after drinking and woke up with some women I didn't know, I might have thought about that one.)

16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
(More sick jealous rage from the homosexual king.)

17 And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.
(So, everyone who has ever wanted to see another woman who was not his wife by church law, naked, was guilty of this one.)

18 And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.
("...having her sickness"? Oh, he means if you have ever had sex with a woman on her period. That includes just about every man I know. Her fountain or "fountain of her blood"? What kind of sick virgin who NEVER saw a woman naked, wrote this stuff?)

19 And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister, nor of thy father's sister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.
(OK, those of you who have ever looked a picture of the opposite sex, this includes YOU. Porno freaks are going to "bear their iniguity". And for those of you who don't know, inequity means: "...inequity [in-ek-wi-tee], noun, plural inequities for 2.
1. lack of equity; unfairness; favoritism or bias.
2. an unfair circumstance or proceeding.
So, bearing their unfair circumstance will be reversed, sounds like karma to me.)

20 And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.
(Yo, hey, all you aunt f***ers, you won't be able to have kids ever. How does one enforce this one? Oh, that's right, he works in mysterious ways.)

21 And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.
(Is that really a curse? So, this would mean all those men who screw their brother's wife can't get her pregnant, huh? Obviously the person who wrote this never watched daytime television.)

22 Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.
(Show me one instance of this happening. Have you ever been spued/spewed out?)

23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
(About this time, you are probably getting bored but finish reading this whole thing or you have missed the point.)

24 But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the Lord your God, which have separated you from other people.
(And then when they arrrived, he told them they weren't worthy and weren't allowed in. This is also when God told Moses that the Jews were to assimilate into the nations of the world and never have their own state, which the state of Israel today, clearly defies.)

25 Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.
(Separated as unclean? Hmm, obviously he forgot to tell the meat industry. Obviously, if you died when you ate it, that was considered unclean.)

26 And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
(That, once again, includes the Children who were called Israelites, them only, not the people who call themselves citizens of Israel today, because that is a colony created for the Jewish Germans by the U.S. after WW II. And if definitely does NOT apply to Christians. )

27 A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.
(So, all you who have ever played with magic, professionally or not, this includes you.)
Simply put, Leviticus is unrealistic in today's world. Quit trying to quote it as an excuse for hate and discrimination because it doesn't apply to you and never did.

Inspiration For My Book "The Point of No Return, or, "The Wisdom of The Arizona Mildman"

I am writing a book. I will collect many parts of the ideals from the past writings on my blogs. This is the deal. Today I am inspired by one thought. The thought is that I will do the research, and as Bernie Sanders has taught us in his recent presidential campaign, the words "conventional wisdom" actually mean, "The Wishful Thinking (what they wish it to be) of The American Media". Journalism in America has been twisted by many for a long time, and the idea that not telling the American people the truth is being "politically correct" is now known by it's technical term: "BULLSHIT"
Today I am inspired to write a book about 63 years of standing on the outside of the population that calls themselves normal, while trying my best to sound like them, act like them, and become them, while in my deepest inner self, there will always burn a fire of discontent that some will try to rationalize, make excuses for, and blame incorrectly, but in my heart of hearts, deep in my soul, I know that I am not a conspiracy nut or a stupid person.
To those of you who join me in this feeling that something is wrong, that everything we are being told is useless drivel that makes good "politically correct" press, I say one thing. It is, "Get the hell out, get as far and fast as you can away from the people who tell you what you are supposed to believe because you are getting ready for a wild ride."  That includes the news media, the people in your social circles, your relatives, and especially your clergy, because they are "selling you" your reality.
I know some people will have a real hard time understanding this. If you call yourself conservative, then you are actually saying, "I don't believe in reality and what I can see in front of me. I listen to conservative news, conservative clergymen, conservative press, and conservative friends and relatives that tell me what I want to hear instead of the reality the rest of the world lives in." It may feel more comfortable to you, but it won't do you any more good than pissing in your own pants on a cold windy day. In other words, it will give you a warm feeling for a little while but warm feelings of feeling safe in non-reality won't do you any good when the next cold wind blows.
To those of you who wish to live in the world or "liberal bias", a 'Pollyanna' type world of wishful thinking with no forethought to what is feasibly possible in actual practice, I warn that your "bubble" is as real and visible as the "conservative bubble" but you don't see it.
I invite all of you to join me in standing on the front line of reality without press, news media, political speeches, or religious bias (all parts of cultural conditioning that are part of the blocks to critical thinking) and wish to right now, today, change the lives of those around you, I say, "Please join me."
I know some people call themselves many things, including religious, or culturally steadfast, but the example I will give of one of the most ignorant politicians that has been in history, proven to be pretty dumb, said, "...stay the course..." which is really stupid because one of our smartest scientists and physicists, and one of the world's most renowned geniuses, Albert Einstein, said, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and each time expecting different results."  He also said, "We can't expect to solve our problems using the same thinking that we used to create them."  The question is, "When are we going to stop the insanity?"
Today I have decided to do the actual research and instead of just saying, "This congressman (substitute television pundit, talk show host, news correspondent, clergymen, friend, relative, etc.) thinks this way, even though he says something completely different, I am going to do the research, find the voting records, find the connections, find the people who invest in war, find the people who invest in killing the planet and it's people, and expose them to you, and to those who would like to buy me off of threaten me, I will say this.
"I already have been disregarded, kicked to the curb, seen as an outcast, had their backs turned on me, by everyone I have tried to get to help me, except for a few people who really don't care about my knowledge and know that respecting and helping others is good for one's soul, so they did so for their own benefits but with the same results, I was made whole again. To those people I give thanks and credit what I am trying to accomplish."
Today I declare a personal proclamation that "good enough" is not just good enough from now on and that I am going to find the sources of our nation's problems and hand you the list. Then it will be your choice to, and duty to, do something about them or not. I hope you choose to help the change. If not, you are part of the problem, not part of the solution - and you are also in the way.

Atheistic versus Theistic - The Correct Analogy

I have tried to describe to people for years that atheism isn't a "different opinion" or a "different religion". It occurred to me today that the good ole' toggle switch could be the best analogy so here is my graphic that I designed to help illustrate what I am saying. When you look at an electrical toggle switch, you will notice it says ON and OFF.
It doesn't have a setting for ON and a setting for a different kind of ON.
When the switch is turned off, it isn't a different kind of electricity flowing through the line, there is NO electricity flowing through the line. That is the same with atheism. Not believing in God isn't a belief in some other or a different kind of deity, it is a total absence of belief in a deity.
The same can be said for the difference between conservative and Liberal. One is BIASED - and the other is NOT BIASED, not A DIFFERENT KIND OF BIASED  or Different Form of Bias.
Don't get me wrong - there are extremists, (what I consider uninformed) people on either side or direction. that want things to be extremely biased or biased in the opposite direction but those people are few and far between and not living in reality. They live in a "ideological bubble" and see things so far removed from reality that they want illogical things.
And when it comes to free thinkers and NOT free thinkers, that is pretty much the same thing. NOT FOLLOWING CULTURAL LEADERS OR IDEOLOGIES is free thinking. Some might argue that we are all brought up with some bias or ideology. But when you are actively removing or ignoring those cultural background ideologies, then you are free thinking (using critical thinking skills).
And when you EMBRACE those cultural background ideologies, then you are doing BIASED thinking. I am not talking about political parties, but it seems some people vote against their own best interests and I truly believe it is because they are uniformed and totally brainwashed by cultural background ideologies given them by News, Political, or Openly Bigoted leaders of extremism. Most of those people can't even explain to you where they get their ideas, they just borrowed them from someone else they respect or they were paid to agree with them.
I won't go into Authoritarianism today, I will save that for a different session but it contains cultural ideologies, also. Mainly ones that include one person or type of person being superior to others and HOPEFULLY, we know that we aren't supposed to act like that.

Arizona Public Service - Another Corporate Rake

When one looks at the APS website you expect the usual lies and excuses about why they rape their customers but you wouldn't expect it to be so blatant. Here are their pat answers, none of which explains what they are really doing. They got the corporation commission to give them a 30 percent rate hike which isn't mentioned in the usual bullshit. One of their CSR's tried to tell me that air conditioning works on a degree system and not kilowatt hours (costs the same for the same time no matter what temperature it is) and told me your bill can drop 3 percent per degree.
They actually expect poor people who use a evaporative cooling or live in a place with central air (a chiller system that cools the whole building down at the owner's expense) and a fan only and don't use their air conditioning at all to believe that the seasonal temperature somehow made their rates go up. Here is the standard BS from the liars and crooks at APS from their website.

temperature changes
Weather may account for up to 70% of your electric bill. Arizona’s extreme summer temperatures can create high electric bills. Your bill may increase as much as 50% during the summer months because of changes in the weather. Although you may not have changed your thermostat setting, air conditioners run longer as temperatures become hotter which increases energy usage.

seasonal electric rates
Billing rates change seasonally. Our summer rates go into effect in May and continue through October when Arizona’s energy demand is higher. Our winter rates apply from November through April when energy demand is lower.

estimated meter reads
The kilowatt hour reading on your meter is continuous and any meter reads that are estimated will automatically adjust the following month.

Let me tell you what ESTIMATED METER READS means. If your neighbor, with himself, a wife, and eight kids of all ages from toddlers up to teens, and an assortment of pets, has an astronomical bill each month, the meter reader can decide since it it hotter than shit out, that he can go by what their house used and figure you must use close the same amount. This practice is called GUESS-TIMATING, which is basically FRAUD and in previous years was considered illegal. BUT in 2014, when less than 17 percent of the people who are registered Democrats voted during the midterms, APS installed some Tea Party candidates and now our corporation commission gives them what ever they ask for.

In 2009, when gas prices were so outrageous because of the Bush administration cronies still in power, we had yet another rate increase demand from APS. They wanted more money because they had to buy gas for their drivers. Several customers like myself AND I wrote to the Corporation Commission at the time and they ended up reading my email/letter at the hearing.
It said that APS, like everyone of their customers were experiencing a raise in gas prices. Then they want more money for their cost of doing business which is not fair to their customers.
ALSO: 1) They want a rate hike when the demand for electricity is down and they aren't selling enough.
2) Then they want a rate hike when the demand is high and they sell plenty.
3) Summer is June through August, NOT May through October.

They need to pick a lane and decide what they want. How is it fair that they get both?
How is it fair to GUESS what your electricity usage is?

When the demand is up and they ask for a rate hike, it is like they are saying, "We are making so much money off of our customers right now, that we think we need even MORE money for no reason except that it's something we think we deserve."

Sandy Bland Was Murdered By Redneck Policemen in Texas

I am posting this as an after blast from social media.
The addresses to write for this are at:

Police Misconduct

  • Police officers constantly pull over cars driven by Latinos, for certain traffic violations, but rarely pull over white drivers for the same violations.
  • A police officer questioning a man of Vietnamese origin on the street gets angry when the man is unable to answer his questions because he does not speak English. The Officer arrests the man for disorderly conduct.

These examples may be violations of the Equal Protection Clause of the United States Constitution. They may also be violations of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968. That law prohibits discrimination because of national origin, race, color, religion, or sex by a police department that gets federal funds through the U.S. Department of Justice. They may also violate Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination by law enforcement agencies that receive any federal financial assistance, including asset forfeiture property.

Complaints of individual discrimination can be filed with the Coordination and Review Section at:

U.S. Department of Justice
Civil Rights Division
Coordination and Review Section, NWB
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW

Another Critical Thinking Moment, Debunking the Bunk

Hi, everyone! We have another story of a ignorant gun nut doing a mass shooting. We have another group of black people targeted and murdered in a terrorist type attack by said random ignorant gun nut that happened to be White.
NO Big Deal? . Then read this:

Dylann Storm Roof walked into a church in Charleston, South Carolina and killed nine people with a handgun. Immediately the rightwing media started spouting ignorant deflections from the truth, talking about how this was an attack on religion. Today I am going to debunk this argument using the facts known at this time.

1) Dylann is from Eastover, SC. The historically black church he terrorized was in Charleston, SC, at least 1 hr 40 min and at least 98.1 miles away.

2) If he just wanted to attack a church, there are at least 7 Christian churches in or at least near Eastover, SC., that would have been a lot closer without having to drive to where he started out at.

3) He had all the trappings of a racist in the South. a) He had a rebel flag license plate on his car. b) He reportedly made racist jokes frequently. c) He stated he was a racist and that this was racially motivated. d) when he walked into the church, he stated that, "They are raping our women and taking over our country." e) he reportedly told some of his friends on Facebook that he was attending meetings at a white supremacist Christian hate church. f) Last and not least, the DOJ started an investigation into the mass shooting as a "hate crime".

Remember when the Colorado theater shooter was said to be a member of the Tea Party? Everything I am telling you is part of the stories that made sense and came out through different news sources, including the police in the town of Shelby, NC. As usual, the news is always struggling to get the story out first, which can lead to inaccuracy but I will keep you informed as to updates. The last information I got was these last two notes.

"...UPDATE 11:42 am: Charleston police chief Gregory Mullen and the FBI have also confirmed Roof’s arrest. Roof was arrested during a traffic stop in Shelby, NC."

"...UPDATE 11:57 am: Roof was arrested after a citizen called police to report a suspicious vehicle, according to police. Roof was “cooperative” during his arrest."

Email I Received From The Bernie Sanders 2016 Campaign

Hi Readers,
This is the deal. Today I received this email from Bernie Sanders 2016 and I think it would be perfect to share if you haven't seen it. He talks about the main thing I and many others have complained about having to do with our president. He tried to do the mythological beast called bipartisan Republicans in Congress. They vote as a pack, travel as a pack, and pretty much repeat the same tired talking points as if they all went to a class entitled "Stupid Remarks 101" and never learned how to think past the class on how to obstruct progress.
I will let Bernie's email tell you the rest. Take Care,

Bernie Sanders for President

Steven -
One of the biggest mistakes President Obama made once he was in office was, after mobilizing millions of Americans during his brilliant 2008 campaign, to basically tell those supporters, 'Thank you, I’m going to sit down with John Boehner and Mitch McConnell and take it from here.’
I will not make that mistake.
What we’re building together as part of this campaign is not just about electing a president. No one person, not me or the best president you could imagine, can make the changes we need by him or herself.
What's necessary to make change happen is a mobilized grassroots movement. That’s especially true when a few wealthy billionaires and corporations have their sights set on buying our elections.
If we’re going to accomplish what we want for this country, it won’t happen by negotiating with Mitch McConnell — it will only happen when millions of Americans get out and make their voices heard.
We have a chance to do that today.
Last week, the House of Representatives stopped a bad trade deal that would have continued the approach that forces American workers to compete against workers in nations that have near non-existent minimum wages, where independent labor unions are banned, and where people are thrown in jail for expressing their political beliefs.
But make no mistake, Wall Street, corporate America and their representatives in Congress will try again to pass this bad trade deal … as soon as tomorrow.
This is our chance to make our voices heard. Click here to enter your information and be automatically connected to your member of Congress. Urge your member of Congress to hold fast and vote against any legislation that would allow the president to “fast track” the disastrous Trans-Pacific Partnership.
The TPP follows in the footsteps of other unfettered free trade agreements like NAFTA and CAFTA that have been supported by corporate America and that cost America millions of decent-paying jobs.
Since 2001, nearly 60,000 manufacturing plants in this country have been shut down, and we have lost almost 5 million decent-paid manufacturing jobs. NAFTA alone led to the loss of almost three-quarters of a million jobs — the Permanent Normalized Trade Agreement with China cost America four times that number: almost 3 million jobs. These agreements are not the only reason why manufacturing in the United States has declined, but they are important factors.
The TPP would also give multinational corporations the ability to challenge laws passed in the United States that could negatively impact their “expected future profits.” Take, for example, Phillip Morris, a company using this process to sue Australia and Uruguay for passing legislation designed to prevent children in those countries from smoking. Or a French waste management firm suing Egypt for over $100 million for increasing the minimum wage and improving labor laws.
Virtually every major union and environmental organization in the United States is against the deal that Congress could vote on again tomorrow. Major religious groups are as well because they know what it could mean for some of the poorest people on the planet.
Not a lot of presidential candidates would use their campaigns to influence legislation being considered in Congress. Some candidates haven’t even expressed an opinion on this critical issue, which, frankly, I don’t really understand.
But as I’ve said before, this campaign is not about Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, or Jeb Bush -- it’s about the needs of the American people.
And we need a new approach to trade in this country — one that benefits working families and not just the CEOs of multinational corporations.
Make your voice heard,
Bernie Sanders

Armed Biker Peaceful Anti-Islam Protest And Shouting Match In Phoenix, AZ

Yesterday I heard about the protest brewing at the North Phoenix Islamic Center on Black Canyon and there were supposed to be a big group at the Denny's at Dunlap and the freeway. I got to Denny's first and this is what I saw.

Yeah, five whole motorcycles, so after all the hype, I figured the thing had fizzled until I investigated further. Let me say, I am the type of person who likes to check things out, especially when someone seems pretty lame and is starting trouble for someone else. I didn't know what to expect. I got as far as Northern and side street on the frontage road was blocked with a police barricade and at least two police cars. I ended up going down to Glendale, back up 27th Avenue to Northern again and then parked in the DQ parking lot. I noticed immediately that I wasn't the only one walking up from a parked motorcycle but I was the only one I saw at first with a camera in their hand. As I got closer, I saw the helicopters buzzing in circles like mechanical vultures waiting for some violence to prey on.

I proceeded further until I reached the Islamic Center office where I could see no one was hanging out or trying to protest, so I still didn't know what was going on or if anything serious was happening.
Yeah, with those half moon symbols stuck up in the sky like that, it isn't hard to recognize what religion these people represent but the office wasn't the protest so I walked down to the street. Then I saw first the anti protest protesters. Some real Christians (this thing was billed as Anti-Islam as if they stood on some religious or moral high ground but the real Christians seemed to kind of take the wind out of their salls on that one) were standing along the side walk in front of the mosque with their own signs.

While I started out relating to the real Christians even though I am a Buddhist who follows the writings/teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, the peace advocate, I wanted to get some juicy pictures of real stupidity in the protest so here you go:

So, the police stayed between the protesters and the anti protesters and I think they deserve credit for not allowing any crap to jump off, including their own officers. The two I talked to on the walk up informed me that there is no concealed weapon law in Phoenix anymore and anything goes. It was a LONG WALK to get there for my old crippled ass:
And some nice people even brought water to pass out so no one passed out. (You know what can happen in this heat on a summer day in Phoenix.)
I was pleasantly surprised at the plethora of "Love Your Neighbor" signs that people were passing out. I was given one that I took home. Those are those small hand held signs several of the Christian anti-protester protesters were holding in the following picture. People held larger signs of all different colors that had scripture written on them with various quotes about love and tolerance. It was heartening to see that many non-Islamic people standing up for the Islamic people.
The media circus with cameras of all kinds were videoing or snapping constantly, a lot of people just used their phone cameras so there were hundreds of spectators like myself who just came to record the whole thing for later.
As I started to leave, some lady with her own agenda sign (I saw quite a few of those as if they didn't care what this was about, they wanted to deliver their own message like an internet troll who can't stay on topic.)
She saw me start to take the picture and covered her face with her big sign so I just said, "Thank You", and she replied, "You're welcome", loudly, and I moved on.
It was a long walk back but it was worth it. I started back, got to talk to some of the neighbors, including two people, one woman who lived right off the freeway and a many who was a half block down from my bike, who was Chinese but spoke pretty good English so I spent some time talking to them and continued on.
I would like to say, "A good time was had by all", but it was pretty cut and dried and it was hot today, after we have had such a dry spell. Those of you who have a Windows or Kodak image viewer that you can preview these pictures with, I suggest you enlarge them as much as you can on your own desktop so you can see the details.
Have fun with it and please post this all over Facebook and Twitter and other social media, if you would, PLEASE! Everyone take care!
